Welcome to Lexinteli. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Lexinteli products, reports, data, and digital services, including the Intellicast podcast, custom research, and lead intelligence platforms (collectively, “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lexinteli Services.
You agree to use our Services solely for lawful, business-related purposes and not to resell, redistribute, or otherwise misuse Lexinteli content or data without written authorization.
2. Intellectual Property
All reports, data, podcasts, graphics, visualizations, and written materials are the exclusive property of Lexinteli Inc.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content for internal use only.
No portion of any report or dataset may be copied, republished, sold, or distributed without prior written consent.
3. Orders and Payment
All pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars.
Payment must be received before delivery of any report, data, or subscription access.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, wire transfer, and PayPal.
Custom research and subscription purchases are non-refundable once work begins, except where otherwise stated in a written contract.
4. Data Accuracy and Limitation of Liability
Lexinteli guarantees data verification processes and high accuracy rates but does not warrant absolute completeness or future performance predictions.
All information is provided “as is” for informational purposes.
Lexinteli is not liable for any losses, damages, or business outcomes arising from the use or reliance upon our reports, data, or podcast content.
5. Confidentiality
All client projects are covered under mutual confidentiality.
Lexinteli will not disclose, share, or resell client data or proprietary research requests.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any deliverables, pricing, and non-public materials received.
6. Subscriptions and Access
Intellicast and digital products may include subscription plans.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
You may cancel anytime through your account or by emailing billing@lexinteli.com.
7. Compliance and Data Use
Lexinteli adheres to GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM standards.
You agree to use purchased data and reports in compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, and communication laws.
8. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are available only for verified invalid or undeliverable data reported within 30 days of delivery.
Custom research and subscription services are non-refundable after initiation.
Replacements may be provided at Lexinteli’s discretion for proven discrepancies.
9. Termination
Lexinteli reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms occurs.
Upon termination, all licenses and access rights will be revoked immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
11. Updates to Terms
Lexinteli may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at www.lexinteli.com/terms. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
